HOW TO RETURN?

- Include in your email or WhatsApp the original order number & the items you are requesting to return/ exchange.
- Once your return/exchange has been approved you will receive a set of instructions via email/whatsApp on how to return & exchange.
- Complete the returns & exchange.
FARIA FARZANA is committed to customer satisfaction hence do ensure that you are most confident with your purchase. We do not allow refunds for factors such as change of mind/wrong decision made. Your initial postage cost will not be refunded and the cost of returning the post is at your expense.

Unwashed, unworn or unused items in original condition (with tags) may be returned upon presentation of your original invoice up to 7 days after receiving your order.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days within Singapore, in the event that an item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange either an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
