Dear customers, we would like you to have an enjoyable experience purchasing with us. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. By placing an order with us would mean that you have hereby agreed to abide and adhere to the following terms.
Take note that Faria Farzana is unable to amend nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Kindly ensure to double check your details before confirming the order.
1. ACCURATE ADDRESS AND CONTACT DETAILS
Wrong delivery of items are mainly due to incorrect or incomplete addresses given upon check-out. Please provide full and accurate address only.
2. COURIER SERVICES
2.1 Do allow your parcel to reach to you within 3 to 5 working days. In the event that no one is home to receive the parcel, the courier will put it at shoe rack/riser/gate etc. We will take a photo of the item placed as proof and send it to you. Delivery is carried out during weekdays, excludes weekends and local public holidays (Singapore) + 1 additional weekday if PH falls on that week. Should there be nowhere to put your parcel anywhere, courier guy will bring back the parcel and you will need to bear the charges for next delivery attempt. Please indicate under notes in your order if you want to opt for self-collection.
2.2 Additional courier charges may apply, if your order includes food items from Nicee. This is due to the additional handling process as some food items may need to be delivered within a certain timeframe i.e frozen food.
3. BOUNCED PARCELS
Customers will be contacted via email/call should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name. The cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
Faria Farzana reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders. Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
4. PRE OR BACK ORDER ITEMS (MUST READ)
Pre-Order tends to have pro & cons. It usually tends to have a delay at the supplier/manufacturer side. We will update the status from time to time if there is any delay in the shipment. PURCHASE ONLY if you can wait as sometimes we are not able to control any external factors on the shipment delayed.
We do not allow any cancellation once payment has been made.
6. REFUND & EXCHANGE
Strictly NO Refund or Exchange unless if the item is out of stock or product has defects. Also NO Refund or Exchange for all sales item on website and pop up events. Exchanges can only be allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase with receipts or any proof of purchase from us.
7. ABOUT PRODUCTS
The colour of products may differ due to the colour calibration of individual's device screen and it might appear darker or lighter in reality due to strong studio lighting used. Measurements provided on each of the products are in the maximum stretch. A difference of 0.5-1inch between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect. Buyers are advised to double check on the product measurements as the different design may fit differently.
8.Food Items by Nicee
We do not bear any responsibility for any adverse reaction from consuming of any of the food products we sell as neither Faria Farzana nor Nicee produce/prepare/manufacture all food items. We will provide as much information such as ingredients used, preparation/manufacturing/packing processes as possible when we market the products. Customers may also request for more information & we will furnish as per advised by our suppliers.
